My Favorite Recipe for Show/Training Bait

You'll need:

Several slices of beef liver
Garlic powder
Large pot to boil liver
Cookie sheet or pizza pan

 In large pot, boil liver pieces with garlic cloves until liver is just tender. (About 30 - 40  mins)

Remove from pot and let drain. 

Place on cookie or pizza sheet and sprinkle lightly with garlic powder. 

Preheat oven to lowest setting ( 250), place sheet with liver in for about 15 minutes or until the edges start to dry. Turn over and repeat. (Second side will take only 5-8 mins)

Once cooled, you can separate and freeze in zip lock bags until ready to take to the show or class.
